Roles and Goals™ is a unique time management activity that puts a different spin on goal setting and planning. This resource focuses on all of the roles students “play” or the relationships they are in e.g., being a student, a family member, a team member, or a friend. Roles and Goals™ helps students prioritize their roles and the goals of each using a schedule for one week. This helps to reduce students’ feelings of being overwhelmed when pulled in different directions with responsibilities and expectations.
